## AI Providers and Model Use

The Ladder AI may send training prompts, learner responses, assessment transcripts, and validation materials to AI model providers as needed to deliver guided training, assessment, and independent review. We minimize personal information in these workflows and do not intentionally send sensitive data unless the user submits it as part of a training or support interaction.

## Children and Minors

The Ladder AI is designed for learners, educators, teams, and organizations. Minors should use the platform only with appropriate adult supervision through a parent, guardian, school, or authorized program pathway.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without an appropriate consent pathway. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it.

## Third-Party Services

The Ladder AI may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, email, model access, and other operational services. These providers are used to deliver the service and are not permitted to sell learner data on our behalf.

## Retention

Account, progress, transcript, credential, and validation records are retained while an account is active or while needed for legitimate educational, certification, audit, legal, or contractual purposes. Deletion requests are handled according to the Data Retention and Disposal Policy.
